Return & Exchange Policy
This policy is effective and valid from 30 days when you received your package. Do take note that no return or exchange will be entertained after this 30 days validity period.
Products that are not eligible for return/exchange/refunds are as follows:
– Gift cards
– Testosterone Boosters and related Products
Return for Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges can only be done if: (see **better stress-free option below)
– the item is opened (no protective cap seal or secured ring around the cap has been detached upon opening of your package)
– you change your mind on item – only after you place an order for your intended item and then
send us this new transaction ID number to : email@example.com. Once we received
this email confirmation of your replacement order, your earlier order will be cancelled within
*Alternatively, email us (within the hour of your initial order) of your preferred item but of the same value, and we will replace it internatlly and ship your preferred replacment item to you.
* If your preferred replacement item cost more than your initial ordered item, you will be
required to pay for the difference using the payment button in the email you received from us.
To replace an item that cost less than the initial item, the first option above applies.
To initiate your return, you can log in to your account and use our web form to submit your request. Alernatively, you can send us an email to : firstname.lastname@example.org
please provide the following for reference:
– your first and last name,
– the order number,
– the transaction ID or number.
We will respond to your request within 48 hours and if accepted, you will be given a Return Processing Authorization Number to be clearly shown on the top left hand corner of your return address label on the package. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the problem is our fault which will be determined at the time of our review and before issuing your RPA number.
*Please do not send your purchased item back to the manufacturer.
Refund Alternative –
You must first notify us by email to: email@example.com and provide the following:

– attach a clear image of the product’s epecific defects,
– your first and last name,
– the order number
– the transaction ID or number
Note: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

– Your order contains delayed item(s) past the shipping timeframe

If you need to exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach a photo of the item together with the outer packaging. Once we have reviewed and accept the return for exchange, you will be be able to select the same or another item up to the same value. The difference in value in your favor, will be shown in your account as a credit, which you can use to offset in your next order. You will receive an email from us with instruction on where to send in the item for exchange.
Damaged Products (if applicable) –
Any item/s damaged caused by shipping and/or delivery negligence falls outside our responsibilities. However, as a gesture of goodwill and customer-care, we will offer you a courtesy discount for a replacement or another item, without you having to return the damaged item.
Otherwise, you will need to send back the item at your own cost for a replacmeent of the same item or for a different item, of which you will have to bear the price difference and shipping cost.
Procedure – send us an email to: email@example.com notifying us of the damaged item with a clear image of the damage on the item, together with your first and last name, order number and transaction ID number. In addition, comfirm if you wish to accept our gesture of goodwill offer or choose to return the item for a replacement.

– Refund if applicable, customer can exercise the option to receive a free replacement of the item (for unusable or unconsumable item due to the damage) instead of a refund.
– change of mind of item ordered for exchange – can only be done on the same day order is placed. Refer to the above under Return for Exchange.
The purpose and intent of this better solutions, with your understanding and appreciation, is to ensure all above matters can be resolved in all fairness, goodwill and in good faith by all parties concerned.
Shipping of Return item –
To return your product, item should be in bubble wrapped, and then in protective outer package. You should mail your product in accordance to our directives provided to you in our email in response to your request for return/exchange. You will be responsible to bear shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.
Lost and Non Delivery –
Bestlibido.com will not be responsible for lost and non-delivery of your item/s which are beyond our control.
